Students for Happiness is a non-profit discussion forum, which aims to put 'happiness' at the heart of intellectual discourse amongst students and young people. We are educated on an infinite array of subjects but we are rarely taught anything about happiness and well-being. In response to this educational deficit, Students for Happiness looks to provide you with invigorating and thought-provoking intellectual discussion surrounding this crucial topic.

Students for Happiness explores the notions that surround the subjective terms of 'happiness' and 'well-being' from a myriad of perspectives, through a series of discussions, and a wide range of interesting and innovative events across London. Students for Happiness is proud to present you with influential and acclaimed experts in the fields of economics, psychology, the arts, politics, education and beyond.

Students for Happiness has a vision to create a movement for positive social change. With no religious, political or commercial affiliations we are open to all and our audience will provide an eclectic mix of students and young people, the policy and opinion makers of tomorrow.

Students for Happiness understands that happiness is important to each and everyone one of us. Yet it too often seems that we are living in an increasingly unhappy world. The structure and stresses of modern life has, and continues to create huge inequality, family breakdown, low levels of trust, and a huge increase in mental illness in young people. It is time we readdress out attitude towards happiness and put this crucial subject on the agenda.
